- Develop architectural designs, blueprints, and technical drawings using CAD and other design software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Conduct site analysis to assess feasibility, environmental impact, and compliance with zoning laws.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee project progress, ensuring alignment with design intent, timelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability principles.
- Research and incorporate innovative design solutions, materials, and construction techniques.
- Prepare and present project proposals, 3D models, and visualizations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed or working towards licensure as an Architect (preferred).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and material specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with sustainable and green building practices is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial, residential, or urban planning projects.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects.
