Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Architect at Design place architects located in Pune, with flexibility for remote work. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings, ensuring that they meet clients' requirements and comply with building codes and regulations. You will collaborate with clients and a team of professionals, including engineers and contractors, to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Additionally, you will manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
• Professional degree in Architecture
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction standards
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Experience in creating detailed architectural drawings and 3D renderings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team
