Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in a challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in large scale residential projects & private villas, with a strong understanding of building design and construction principles.
Key responsibilities include preparing detailed working drawings, co-ordinating with consultants and clients, and providing inputs on Structural & MEP design.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketchup, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to delegate tasks or work under a senior. The role also requires frequent site visits in and around Mumbai, based at Lower Parel.
