Geodesy Design Collaborative is looking for a talented Architect or Retail Designer to join our growing team in Mumbai & Bengaluru. If you’re passionate about creating world-class spatial experiences across retail, corporate, and workplace interiors, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Lead design concepts and develop experience-driven spaces for retail and corporate environments
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to take projects from concept to execution
• Conduct feasibility studies and define design requirements
• Drive design development across phases—without compromising on quality, budget, or timelines
• Present concepts internally and to clients with clarity and confidence
• Coordinate with external design teams and consultants
• Oversee detailed design documentation to ensure design intent is met on site
• Travel as needed for meetings and site coordination
What You Bring
• Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
• 5+ years of experience, with strong exposure to retail or workplace projects
• A keen eye for detail and design precision
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Photoshop
• A collaborative, solution-driven mindset
