Role Summary
We are looking for a talented and creative Architect to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with a focus on interior spaces. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of interior spaces, ensuring that they are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities
• Design Development: Create innovative and functional interior designs that align with client needs and project specifications.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
• Drafting and Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, schematics, and blueprints using CAD software.
• Material Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design and budget requirements.
• Coordination: Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design plans, and address any issues that arise.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials wherever possible.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience: Minimum of 1- 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on interior spaces.
