We are hiring for "Architect/Interior Designer" Requirement: Position - Architect / Interior Designer Gender - Female / Male Industry - Interior / Architectural Company Education - B. Arch / B.Sc ( Interior Designing) Experience - Minimum 3 years Notice Period - Immediate - 15 days CTC - Up to 5.0 LPA Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Description: - - Take detail measurements from the site & supervisor. - Drafting measurement layouts & all detail drawings. - Preparing & conducting presentations with the client. - Supervising the work being done at Site. - Coordinating with various consultants. - Assisting the client to market for material selection and purchase. - Visiting client premises to check the finishing of the interior work. - Designing the layout & share the drawing to Vendors. - Prepare accurate BOM & BOQ. -( Bill of quantity & Bill of Material) - Getting the layout approved in the least amount of changes. - Reduce internal as well as project cost.
