About The Role

A world-renowned architectural firm, known for redefining 21st-century design, is seeking talented Architects/Interior Designers to join their team in London on a fixed-term contract. Working closely with the Lead Architect/Designer, you will be part of a dynamic team that pushes the boundaries of design while staying true to the firm’s ethos of excellence and innovation.

In this role, you will oversee the design process across various project stages, managing elements of large-scale, high-profile projects. This is an exciting opportunity to run parts of a project independently while benefiting from the guidance of senior colleagues in one of the world’s most innovative studios.

Key Responsibilities
• Leverage your strong knowledge of material palettes, FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and the latest interior design trends to create outstanding, high-quality designs.
• Prepare and deliver tender packages, detailed interior specifications, and manage the coordination with consultants, fabricators, and contractors to ensure precise execution.
• Lead project management tasks across various stages while maintaining agility in multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain clear communication with external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all work is aligned with company standards and meets project deadlines, always upholding the firm’s reputation for innovative and precise design.
• Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic or Mandarin is highly desirable.

Required Skills And Qualifications
• Proficiency in 2D/3D software including AutoCAD, Microstation, Rhino, MAYA, Grasshopper, InDesign, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience working with reputable design firms, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional design and project management skills.
