AD Interio, a reputable architecture and interior design firm, is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor for project-based assignments in Rudrapur.

Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of our projects in Rudrapur. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

• Reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, plans, and specifications

• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety

• Collaborating with contractors, laborers, and stakeholders to resolve site-related issues

• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in site supervision or construction management

• Working knowledge of reading plans, drawings, and specifications

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
