Architects coordinator

Qualifications and experience needed:

A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of Eight to Ten years of experience is a MUST.

Typical Work includes:

· preparing working drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections and details.

· knowledge of planning regulations of NMMC/UDCPR.

· good knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup.

· able to understand architectural, structural, MEP, landscape drawings, project specifications etc. to work with assigned consultants for the project and ensuring the drawing delivery at site on time.

· liaison with civic bodies/related consultants for timely approvals of the project essentials whenever necessary.

· develop designs, as per the relevant regulations.

· should be able to not only formulate the design but also present for discussion.

· dealing with staff and sub-contractors and ensuring quality is met.

· managing client interaction and promoting positive relationships.

· ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
