Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including architectural project planning, developing and integrating design concepts, managing construction documents, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing projects from conception through completion, ensuring that designs meet clients' needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Skills in Project Management and overseeing construction projects
• Familiar with Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural tools
• Knowledge in urban planning and landscape designing is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
