Job Description
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Designing:Should have expertise in designing of offices viz corporate office interiors.
Software:Should be well-versed in software's like AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Revit, etc.
Presentation:Should have good communication and presentation skills and should have the confidence to present the designs in front of the client.
Estimate:Detailed knowhow on latest materials and market rates. Should be able to prepare estimates.
Execution:Should be able to implement the designs at site. Preparation of bar charts, Co-ordination with the site engineers, contractors, various vendors, and agencies.
PREFERENCES:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
Knowledge in the field of Interior Design (Corporate offices)
Good command on English, Hindi, Marathi.
