Relata is seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior modeling, lighting, and texturing, with proficiency in 3ds Max and D5 Render Engine. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector. Knowledge of Revit and Blender, as well as Excel skills, will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• 3D Modeling: Create detailed and accurate 3D models of interior spaces, ensuring high-quality and realistic renderings.
• Lighting and Texturing: Apply advanced lighting and texturing techniques to achieve the desired visual effects and ambiance in renderings.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize 3ds Max and D5 Render Engine to produce stunning visualizations.
• Project Management: Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of work.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver visualizations that meet client expectations.File Management: Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.
