Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop visually appealing and realistic 3D renderings for architectural and interior design projects by leveraging your skills in 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Translate design concepts into compelling visual narratives that showcase the project's aesthetic and functionality, effectively communicating with architects, designers, and project managers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
• Incorporate feedback from the design team to refine and enhance visualizations, driving continuous improvement and excellence in project outcomes.
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required to apply for this position.
• A strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects is necessary to demonstrate expertise as an Architectural 3D Visualizer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drawings and their integration into 3D visualizations is essential.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools is mandatory.
Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial for articulating design concepts and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
