Job Description: Junior Architect
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, committed Junior Architect to join our growing team at Transfabcon Projects Private Limited. You’ll play a key role in the execution of two exciting developments:
- A luxury multi-villa project in Alibag, designed in collaboration with renowned Indian architects
- A 14-villa mid-market project in Bali, offering exposure to international project dynamics
This is a full-time, hands-on opportunity for someone eager to grow in both design and project management.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, landscape and interior design consultants
· Amalgamate and cross-check architectural, structural, and service drawings
· Prepare detailed working drawings and shop drawings
· Support in site coordination and execution tasks
· Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and budget tracking
· Evaluate material specifications, vendor proposals, and prepare tender documentation
· Contribute to project scheduling and timeline management
· Work closely with the core team and gain practical project management experience
· Use AI or rendering tools for design visualization (preferred but not mandatory)
Required Skills
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
· Basic knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation
· Strong detailing ability
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel to site occasionally
· Bonus: Familiarity with rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape) or AI-based design platforms
