We are looking for a seasoned Director —an expatriate professional with a strong architectural or design background and a proven track record of leading creative studios. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, global exposure, and a passion for design-led innovation. You will work closely with the founder to drive strategic growth, lead high-impact projects, and expand our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow the studio’s design and business strategy practice across international markets.
Collaborate directly with the founder on vision, operations, and strategic initiatives.
Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional creative and commercial outcomes.
Cultivate and manage relationships with global clients, partners, and collaborators.
Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion into new markets and service areas.
Represent the studio at global design forums, conferences, and client engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expatriate professional open to relocating to India.
Qualified architect or equivalent design professional with 15–20 years of experience .
Demonstrated leadership in running or scaling a design studio or creative consultancy.
Strong global exposure with experience working across diverse cultural and business contexts.
Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
