Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team on a full-time basis, located in Mumbai. As an Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural design, project management, and overall project coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• B.Arch degree with 3 to 8 years of experience in high-quality commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Smart city/township project experience is preferred. You must be willing to travel within Mumbai and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of innovative and effective design solutions, working drawings, and execution plans as per management requirements.
• Manage multiple high-quality projects simultaneously, collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Regularly update management on project status and address potential on-site issues.
• Prepare project feasibility reports and coordinate with consultants (Structural, MEP, Design, Landscape, Interior, etc.).
• Ensure project objectives are met, providing well-researched design inputs.
• Evaluate and finalize architectural designs compliant with municipal approvals and local bye-laws.
• Travel to project sites, proposed locations, and meetings as needed.
