About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing drawings & designs: Support the senior architect by preparing conceptual sketches, CAD drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards for ongoing projects.
• Documentation & drafting: Help in producing working drawings, construction details, and design documentation under supervision.
• Site visits & coordination: Accompany the senior architect or project coordinator for site inspections, preparing site reports, taking measurements, and ensuring drawings align with actual conditions.
• Research & material study: Conduct research on building materials, finishes, and sustainable design options, and prepare comparative reports for the design team.
• Client & consultant support: Assist in preparing presentation decks, mood boards, and documentation for client meetings, and coordinate minor follow-ups with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.).
