Architect
Business has picked up significantly at my client who is a Design/Build Firm located on Long Island! We need a Project Architect with an enthusiasm and passion for design.
Job Duties & Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Architecture or related.
• 3-15+ years of experience designing projects-medical, condos, restaurants, retail, etc.
• Proficient with autocad.
• Ability to do design-construction documents, schematic designs, design developments.
• Outstanding client interaction skills.
• Ability to mentor Intern Architects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• This is a full time/permanent opportunity with great medical, vacation/sick, and retirement
