Job Description:
Chopra's Designs is seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer - Innovative Experiences to join our dynamic team. As an Architectural Designer specializing in innovative experiences, you will play a crucial role in translating concepts into stunning architectural designs that seamlessly integrate technology and aesthetics. Your responsibilities will include research, ideation, creating mood boards, guiding the 3D team, developing detailed technical models and drawings, coordinating with internal teams, communicating with clients, conducting site visits, and executing all necessary tasks to bring designs to life.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research and ideation to develop innovative architectural design concepts.
• Create captivating mood boards that inspire and guide the design process.
• Collaborate with the 3D team, providing guidance and insights to ensure designs achieve the desired aesthetic and impact.
• Develop detailed technical models and drawings that align with project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineers, technicians, and artists, to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients to understand their vision, provide design recommendations, and address any concerns.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, gather relevant information, and ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Execute necessary administrative tasks, including email correspondence, project documentation, and progress reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continuously enhance your design expertise.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer, with a focus on creating innovative and aesthetic designs.
• Strong design aesthetic and ability to think creatively to develop unique architectural solutions.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Experience in creating compelling mood boards and guiding 3D teams to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Strong technical skills to develop detailed models, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel for site visits and client meetings as required.
