Job Description
• Prepare complete architectural drawings and documentation for new construction, refurbishment, interior works, furniture layouts, and related architectural elements.
• Develop concept, working, and execution drawings in accordance with project requirements, statutory norms, and design standards.
• Use architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design applications for drafting and coordination.
• Coordinate with civil/site engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Conduct site visits, site surveys, and periodic inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings.
• Provide on-site supervision for critical or sensitive projects, resolving design-related issues during execution.
• Review drawings, material selections, and finishes to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Assist in resolving on-site design conflicts and provide timely clarifications to the execution team.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, approvals, and project specifications, especially for public-sector projects.
