About This Role

This full-time on-site position is for an Architectural Drafter located in Navi Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, creating construction drawings, and assisting in planning processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and planners, ensuring accuracy in technical drawings, and contributing to the development of various architectural projects.

Requirements

• Skills in Architectural Drawings

• Experience in Architecture and Planning

• Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings

• Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Architectural Technology, or related field

• Experience with CAD software is mandatory

• Knowledge of UDCPR/NMMC rules & regulations

• Knowledge of WD's & MD's

• Experience of more than 4 years as an architectural drafter

• Liaison with civic bodies for timely approvals of projects
