Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draughtsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our Execution Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation and a keen eye for detail, capable of preparing precise architectural drawings and coordinating across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed architectural working drawings in accordance with design intent and industry standards.

· Review and interpret building specifications, architectural plans, and construction documents.

· Draft basic electrical layouts and beam framing drawings based on design and structural requirements.

· Ensure all drawings are technically accurate, precise, and well-detailed for execution.

· Coordinate with Structural and MEP consultants to incorporate revisions and resolve any design conflicts.

· Modify and update drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills Required:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, ZWCAD and other drafting software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp – if applicable).

· Strong understanding of building construction techniques, materials, and detailing.

· Ability to prepare and interpret electrical and structural framing drawings.

· Good knowledge of architectural standards, codes, and regulations.

· Strong visualization and technical drawing skills.

· Effective communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and consultants.

· Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables.

· Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
