Job Title: Architect / Designer
We are seeking a skilled Architect / Designer to join our team in London on a fixed-term contract.
This role involves working closely with the Lead Architect/Designer to create high-quality designs that align with the ZHA brand ethos and integrity.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of material palettes, FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and current interior design trends.
Main Responsibilities:
Preparing and delivering tender packages, interior detailing, and outline specifications.
Project-managing and coordinating with consultants, fabricators, and contractors to ensure timely execution of the interior design.
Maintaining excellent working relationships through clear internal and external communication.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in 2D/3D software such as AutoCAD, Microstation, Rhino, MAYA, Grasshopper, InDesign, Excel, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
At least 6 years of relevant experience with reputable design firms.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
