Experience of 5+ years of architectural draughts-person required:
- Architectural knowledge
- Pre-DCR Knowledge
- Understand the scheme and should be efficient in further proceeding with approval drawings
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D drawings and design.
- Preparation of approval drawing based on approved scheme.
- Knowledge of MEP, plumbing, structural, electrical and firefighting drawings.
- Handling CMDA and DTCP approvals and meeting with the officials for the approval
- CMDA documentation and filing
