Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team
This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing educational projects, leading project teams through all phases of design and construction, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the field
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural project management, preferably in the engineering industry
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is a must
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage project teams effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome project obstacles and deliver solutions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
In-depth understanding of architectural procedures, standards, and regulations
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work
Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project life cycle including conceptualization, design, development, and execution to ensure the project is completed within time and budget
Lead project teams effectively through all phases of design and construction
Utilize AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite to create and modify architectural plans, designs, and schematics
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and any challenges are promptly addressed
Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, approvals, and other related records
Conduct regular project meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions
Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules
Continually review and monitor project status, scope, and resources to mitigate risks and issues
