In-depth understanding of architectural procedures, standards, and regulations

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of project life cycle including conceptualization, design, development, and execution to ensure the project is completed within time and budget

Lead project teams effectively through all phases of design and construction

Utilize AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite to create and modify architectural plans, designs, and schematics

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and any challenges are promptly addressed

Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, approvals, and other related records

Conduct regular project meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions

Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules

Continually review and monitor project status, scope, and resources to mitigate risks and issues
