Architectural Sales Executive
Porcea Stone is a manufacturer and distributor of outdoor porcelain tiles. Our Porcea Elite Collection is made in Italy & designed for North America. We are looking to bring on a talented Architectural Sales Rep to join our team.
This person's role will be multi-disciplinary including:
Prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing potential clients specifically architects and designers
Engaging with residential and commercial design firms to set up & host lunch and learns
Building brand awareness through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions
Supporting with new products and special projects
Playing a key pivotal role in supporting existing accounts, prospecting for new accounts including cold calls, emails, inbound requests
The expectation will be for you to deliver at a fast pace, the individual needs to be a fast learner that can quickly pick up the product line
Your voice needs to be confident, you need to speak with poise and be highly motivated & determined to succeed
You must be diligent, organized and dedicated to pursue long sales cycles
Some basic knowledge of blueprints and speaking articulately about hardscape products is an asset
B2B sales experience is a strong preference for this position (i.e. Non-retail sales experience preferred, a suitable candidate will have poise and determination to succeed in the role). You must have excellent communication skills, with great English (written and verbal) and a clear, crispy, confident voice as a lot of time will be spent on the phone and on emails.

Strong, talented communicator with a clear voice and ability to relate to customers
Persistent, positive attitude with a commitment to achieving & exceeding sales targets
B2B sales experience is strongly preferred for this position
This position is not remote, ideal candidate requires a vehicle for meetings around the GTA market and needs to have experience as an area sales representative.
Expectations are high and you will be rewarded well in the position if you are successful
Bi-lingual - English and French is required.
This position is a base + commission structure. You will be rewarded well with commissions if you are successful in this industry. Salary includes a base (as per experience) and commission (awarded based on sales).
