Build X Design is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Intermediate /Senior Architectural Designer/Technologist to join our team. Strong Ontario Building Code and Detailing Knowledge is Required. This position is mostly remote/virtual with the option ofpart-time or full time hours. We believe in Unlocking the Power of Design – bringing a unique perspective to our clients to create creative custom solutions that go beyond their expectations and imagination. We aim to empower our partners and team by engaging in an inclusive design process so that we can truly bring an integrated end-to-end design experience from planning to design to construction to interior design and finishing.

The majority of our projects are across Southern Ontario. Although the position is mostly remote, occasional site visits around the GTA would be required. Minimum 4 years of Canadian professional working experience in architectural design is preferred. Exceptional skills in the production and coordination and construction detailing of residential projects is an asset. Fantastic development opportunity for someone who is interested in learning about design and real estate investment.
