Job Description
Some role responsibilities would include:
Produce architectural Revit models.
Produce physical models for design presentation and project discussion.
Prepare preliminary sketches, working drawings, and concept design.
Assist in design revisions
Assist in planning and organisation
Investigate planning rules, building requirements and relevant codes.
Prepare resource consent drawings, building consent drawings and supporting architectural documentation.
Lodge building consent applications and assist with the consent submission process.
Liaise with local council regarding consent applications, drawing requirements and project queries.
Assist with checking drawings for accuracy, consistency, dimensions and presentation quality.
Maintain updated drawing files, Revit models and project documentation.
Support the directors with other architectural drafting and project related tasks as required.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Relevant Diploma or higher qualification and
At least three years’ relevant work experience
Be familiar with the relevant regulations in New Zealand
Proficient in using Revit
Having excellent technical skills and project coordination abilities
