Job Title: Architectural Technician
Morgan Hunt is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to fill an immediate contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and expertise in producing technical drawings using Revit.
The successful candidate will be working on Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Build To Rent developments with a contract value of up to 60 million pounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Production: Utilize Revit to create detailed technical drawings for Stage 4 and Stage 5 projects.
Scheme Experience: Previous experience working on PBSA or BTR schemes in Scotland is highly advantageous.
Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of current planning and building regulations.
Collaboration and Independence: Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Revit: Strong proficiency in using Revit software.
Office-based Role: This position is office-based, requiring the candidate to work from our designated premises.
