We are looking for a highly skilled Architecture Design Lead to lead the production of high-quality sales-related documentation, including concept notes, sketches, sales plans, and 3D renders.
Main Duties
• Lead the production of drawings and details with external consultants for concept design, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Manage site visits to evaluate construction quality and ensure timely closure of all snags post initial handover.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
