Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Architecture and Interiors, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with consultants to ensure project alignment
• Coordinate drawings proficiently
• Resolve design issues effectively
• Ensure precision in construction drawings
• Utilize software applications for seamless design integration
• Work independently and remotely collaborate with the team and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in ArchiCAD (mandatory for architecture background applicants), SketchUp, and AutoCAD (for interior project designing and detailing); skilled in Lumion, Enscene, V-Ray, and D5 for rendering (fluency in any one render software), along with Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign for presentations and documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate availability preferred
• Must have a properly functioning system or laptop with the necessary specifications for running the required softwares in this work-from-home setup
