The responsibility and role of the Architect could include any of the below, for projects at different stages of its cycle:
• Understand the project and develop design options. Should also have understanding of the DCR, as applicable.
• Formulate the design and present it for review & discussion.
• Prepare and develop required drawings, as necessary to convey the design intent.
• Coordinate with different consultants as required to arrive at an integrated design.
• Prepare the working drawings of the project.
