Head of Design - Luxury Townships
Della Townships seeks a Head of Design to lead creative vision, planning, and execution of design strategies for luxury township projects incorporating second home luxury concepts.
• Lead conceptualization, planning, and execution of design strategies for luxury township projects integrating second home luxury and themed living concepts.
• Oversee master planning, architectural design direction, landscape design, and interior styling in alignment with the Della brand ethos.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, municipal requirements, and environmental considerations in all design plans.
The ideal candidate will have 15 years of proven experience in luxury township projects, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Urban Design from a reputed institute, and excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
