Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in architecture, specifically with K-12 educational projects
Licensed Architect in both Kansas and Missouri (required)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Strong proficiency in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)
In-depth understanding of K-12 facility design standards, including safety, accessibility, and environmental considerations
Exceptional project management support and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in presenting to clients and stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
