Planning
Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster
Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster
Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch in
the cluster against identified targets
Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the cluster
Strengthen relationship with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner
banks
Manage enhance relationship with the Branch Managers/ CROs of
the partner banks
