Strategy & Planning
• Undertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets
• Ensuring activation and continuous business from Nodal officers
• Develop and ensure adherence to Business Plans and end to end relationship management with Central/State Govt/PSU/corporates
• Regular connect with PFRDA and be present in all subscriber/ASP sessions to ensure literacy about NPS and that IndiaFirst being an ASP
• Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance vis a vis target
• Implement incentive schemes for sales and Nodal officers/officials
• Provide inputs for product improvements, new product launches and improvement in sales processes and operational processes
• Co – ordinate internally with the relevant stakeholders to resolve any issue pertaining to New Business, MIS, Marketing, Training, Customer Service, etc
• Have close coordination with Change Management and IT teams to deliver seamless customer journeys
• Have a strong connect with internal call centre ABH and PMs. Provide them with relevant data for business conversion
• Review the calling team regularly with support of call centre ABH and support them with necessary Nodal officer details and customer data
Expanding the Market
• Positioning IndiaFirst Life as an Annuity Service Provider to prospective Govt. bodies/corporates
• Have a connect and make new connects with CXO level official
• Build a strong technical know -how to build strong continuous business flow
• Utilise existing partner Banks to reach out to new corporates
• Ensure the list of Nodal officers is shared with ABH/RMs to empower them to build relationships and support in generating business
Sales growth and cost management
• Ensure achievement of sales targets
• Ensure regular meetings with all the CRAs (NSDL; Kinfotek; CAMS for timely flow of data both prelogin and post.
• Ensure successful launch of Annuity product/s and marketing promotional campaigns within the organisations/nodal officers
• Ensure meeting with customers with BIG corpus and take references from them.
• Ensure the above is done by NPS RMs. Empower and measure ABH/RMs performance basis business from existing Nodal officers; meeting and activating new Nodal officers; customers visits basis appointments fixed by calling team and provide feedback
• Provide clear and concise MIS to the channel head and organisations/CRA's on periodic basis for regular reviews
• Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations
Customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor satisfaction of the partnership's customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints
• Ensure Company provides superior sales experience to its customers
• NPS email id to be monitored to ensure time closure of QRC
People Management
• Develop training plan for nodal officers/ internal team (sales & phone) in line with the overall training plan
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical people related issues in the partnership and own teams
WORK EXPERIENCE
Min 5-7 years experience in driving and engaging with Central/State Govt/ PSUs/Corporates. Should have existing relations with the aforesaid.
