Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead Retail Operations (EBOs) for the region and reporting to NROM
• The role is critical to ensure Regional Sales, Probability & Retail KPIs
• Experience in Retail Store Ops with Sales, Marketing, Ops and Retail
• Manage Profit & Loss with focused drive of sales
• Increase margins & reduce operations cost
• People leadership and Motivation
• Process & SOP Management
• Maintain all Stores reports and data analysis
• To deliver excellent store standards
• Ensure that all the processes; routines and systems for stores are completed accurately and at the right time
• Plan all seasonal, trade driving and promotional activities to achieve maximum sales, impact and presentation at the managed stores
