Arupavi Health Technologies is co-founded by Avinash Martand & Arup Kolay (Alumnus of IIML 2004
batch) with 40 years of cumulative business experience spanning across FMCG, Healthcare &
Consulting sector.
Arupavi Health Technologies Pvt Ltd is building “ChemistMitra”, a B2B marketplace App embedded
with ERP features like (Sales billing, Purchase entries, Inventory reports, CRM etc). We are enabling
pharmacies to run their business operations profitably with technology, with focus on procurement
and sales solutions

Responsibilities
Sales/Business Development
• Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth and product usage in
the assigned market.
• Track total sales revenue generated by the territory against targets and compare growth
rates to previous periods.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and develop
growth strategies accordingly.
• Track the percentage of customers acquired through the campaigns to identify areas for improvement in the sales funnel.
• Control & monitor team performance towards compliance and ethical working by engaging the team and tracking their performance.
• Ensure planning, monitoring and reviews of team performance and aligning their individual objectives to organization objectives to overall raising their performance as per expectation.
Product Marketing:
• Drive adoption through BTL initiatives i.e., POS branding, schemes & promotions,
educational drives/camps, etc.
• Develop effective marketing campaign to build brand awareness.
• Collaborates with creative teams to turn the - Selling stories into Sales tools (i.e., product
brochures/literatures, LBL, Fliers, Visual aid etc.) to effectively promote the
brands/products.
Preferable
Requirements
• PG degree (Preferably Business Administration) from a premier institute
• 5-7 years of experience with minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
