Job Role
•Acquire new clients and manage existing portfolio in SME space by offering transaction banking products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS, WC, TL
•Build a strong and robust customer base to increase the balances both assets and liabilities and earn revenue by providing them high standards of service on an going basis.
•Maintain strong relationship with acquired customers to facilitate day to day transactions and retention
•Penetration of cross sell corporate salary mandates, general insurance, mediclaim, wealth & privy account
•Knows banking and products such as TRADE,FOREX,CMS to seamlessly manage customer service
•Understanding of the credit of the company ,present proposals to management for seeking approvals and deal closure with client
•Continuous monitoring of account plans to ensure the business is as per budgets
•Regular monitoring of accounts to ensure there are no delinquencies, portfolio hygiene , deferral closure in time, security creation .
•Have an understanding of industry segments for reaching out to target SME clientele
•To be constantly abreast of general economic and market indicators .

•Stays abreast of the key trends in identified markets and leverages that knowledge when engaging with customers
•Anticipates and analyses client needs and expectations
•Understands the importance of KOTAK ethics when dealing
•Understands the importance of and the principles of credit appraisal/risk at Kotak. Understand company financials
•Knowledge on working capital financing is required
•Ability to influence / relationship management skills and strong communication
•Analytical skills , Go getter attitude, Eye for detail
Eligibility
• Spent minimum 1 year in the same division function role location
• Applications can be made for roles in same level or one level above
• IJP policy to be followed
