Job Role
Recruit and train the collections team for effective collections & recovery
Monitor & review the activities of the collections teams operating in different areas
Ensure adherence to collection processes in the region, i.e., system allocation, tracking, monitoring delayed cash deposition; identifying & reporting fraudulent practices
Execute collection strategies at the area level for efficient collections and recovery of outstanding loans
Monitor and ensure adherence to collection process and report the fraudulent practices of agencies / agents
Interdepartmental co-ordination.
Will be reporting to Regional Manager – Collections
Entire branch delinquency – Maintaining LTR, collection numbers, penal target and misc collection.
At the same time, ensure quality standards in work, adherence to rules and policies, protecting the company against risk.
Handling branches and the Location Collections Manager
Regular travelling to these branches.
Job Requirements
Graduate
Ability to work with integrated systems used for tracking & monitoring collections
Min 8 years of collection experience in handling Used Cars and Two Wheeler loans
Should be able to take major decisions independently,
