• *Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager**
A dynamic and results-driven professional is sought after to lead and manage sales operations across assigned regions through a distributor network. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the achievement of regional sales targets and ensuring growth across various categories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals with a focus on developing their skills and expertise.
• Strengthen and expand the distributor network by appointing new distributors, onboarding them, and monitoring their return on investment (ROI).
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies, trade promotions, and channel development plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. They will also possess strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as proficiency in sales reporting, Management Information Systems (MIS), and data analysis.
