Designation : Area Coordinators
Location of work : HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience : Freshers-2 years
Type of Employment : Permanent, Full time

What do we look for?
The Area Coordinator role calls for a proactive and organized individual with expertise in vendor management, lead generation, case coordination, on-call support, information security, and escalations. Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
.
Generate leads through various channels to identify and hire qualified service providers.
Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Coordinate case assignments and ensure timely order fulfillment in collaboration with the team.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for urgent inquiries and service requests.
Implement and maintain robust information security protocols.
Handle escalations, investigating and resolving complex issues promptly.
Whom do we look for?
Any Higher Education
Experienced candidate is preferred.
Good communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements in multiple locations
Have Good knowledge to handle client.
Should have good knowledge on order fulfillment.
English and Hindi languages is mandatory.
