Job Description
Reporting to: Regional Credit Manager (RCM)
Specific Responsibilities:
• Underwriting of School Funding Cases: Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of school funding applications to ensure creditworthiness and adherence to company policies.
• Loan Origination System and Loan Management System: Utilize and manage the Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) to optimize the credit process.
• Credit Turnaround Time (TAT): Maintain and improve Credit TAT to ensure efficient processing of loan applications.
• Credit Underwriting Management: Ensure all credit underwriting processes are conducted in compliance with established policies.
• Delinquency and NPA Monitoring: Monitor and manage delinquency and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) to stay within budgeted levels for the product.
• Credit Cost Management: Control credit costs as per approved budgets and optimize resource usage.
• Feedback to Credit Policy: Provide insights and feedback to improve credit policies based on underwriting experience.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data slicing, analysis, and publish relevant reports to support decision-making.
• Post Disbursement Document (PDD) Monitoring: Ensure all necessary post-disbursement documents are collected and monitored.
• Industry Analysis: Conduct analysis of the education sector to stay informed about industry trends and risks.

Experience:
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Credit Underwriting.
