Achieve Cards Fincon budget of Branches assigned Ensure achievement of Cards FINCON Budgets of each Sales Manager. Build and nurture relationships with the BMs/CHs/Circle Heads/ Zonal Heads of Branch channel by periodic meetings for regular Lead generation, review Business and staff Productivity or other business requirement. Ensuring that effective training of Branch Staff is conducted by Sales Managers on Card Features, Digital route of Card Issuance, regular updates and additional information. To ensure all Sales Managers are planning and reviewing 100% allocated Branch Visitation through the tool of Cogent. Ensuring achievement of Cards Budgets on the territory / Clusters assigned through monitoring and tracking of Sales managers and their assigned resources. Productivity and Team management To ensure Benchmark productivity are met on Core Product across all Sales Managers and their team members. To effectively manage cross sell productivity on all Key Cross Sell Parameters amongst all team members including BDRs to keep a check on COA To coach, mentor and motivate the team to enhance productivity by regularly conducting trainings and refresher sessions of Sales Managers and BDRs Ensure right product mix with Focus on WL sourcing for better approval rates. Keeping Cost of Acquisition within defined levels by ensuring Benchmark productivity of teams To mentor and guide Sales Managers to Interview and shortlist right candidates for the role of BDRs Ensure Manpower hiring is completed throughout. Channel Engagement To develop fresh opportunities and improve business outcomes by driving productive collaboration with all the concerned departments, like Branch Banking, CSRM/KCM, and Assets teams, to execute Business objectives. Effective team Work with all allied functions, for greater synergy and complimentary approach to Business, in order to create a better customer experience. Regular interactions with internal teams like AFU / Risk / product teams to improve approval rates and sourcing of right customers. Sharing Updates with Retail Branch Banking and other Channels on the Budgets vs Achievement for Cards business periodically. Training on Product features and updated information to Retail Branch Banking staff to ensure activation of all Branch resources, Increased penetration on eligible base and ease of Customer onboarding. All of the above to be planned, recorded and reviewed on the tool of Cogent. Adherence to laid down Sales processes Area Head has to ensure that all Sales Managers and teams are completely aligned to Laid down Sales processes. He has to ensure adherence and reiterate the same to teams time and again. Ensuring branch visits by SMs are regular to branches managed for discussion on MTD/YTD achievement, Lead Generation, Card activation levels and New Acquisition Opportunity through preapproved database. The same being reviewed and recorded through Cogent. Ensure effective tracking and Monitoring of SMs on CRM/DAP leads, Trigger leads, to ensure optimum conversions and TAT and to keep track on hygiene areas like FTNR and Gross Approval Rates. Adherence of curing process for NON TASU curable Periodically conduct spot audits on BDRs to check the hygiene among teams Ensure timely responses from teams to Customer complaints, QIG complaints and queries Drive Cross Sell of New and Existing Card Customers To drive X Sell like Smart Pay, Add On, GHI, Balance Transfer, Forex Cards, Card for sure, One Assist, Standing Instruction on Debit Card and Debit Card upgrades. To ensure a minimum productivity of all resources on Cross sell of the above product options and other Key cross sell products like Smarthub ME App , all of which is aligned to Card activation Objective. Ensure that the SM is working on Asset / Liability Cross-sell for deepening of customer relationships during New Card Acquisition or through existing customer base. SMARTHUB ME APP is a core X sell objective to be sold to all Business card/Self-employed customers. Ensuring Sales Managers are driving the CASA objective for all Open market customers and through In-house client reference. Ensuring all Assets product like Consumer Durables Loans, PL, BL, Auto Loan, TW loan etc. are cross sold based on customer needs with new acquisition
