Job Title: Area Head - Rural Branch Banking
Function: Rural Banking
Job Purpose
The role entails building, developing, and deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to drive business growth, ensure branch profitability and adherence to audit and compliance regulations Role will closely collaborate with external stakeholders to build the bank’s presence in their respective Area contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank. The role also has the responsibility of manpower management and building skills, capacity within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Acquisition: focus on acquiring to new customers and deepening existing relationships |championing the purpose of building Liabilities book in rural India.
• Maintaining AMB balances.
• Maintain highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance.
• Adopt and promote Digital.
• Groom and mentor team members.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Build leadership presence in Branch managers.
• Act as a Area leader transcending functional boundaries.
• Uphold the tenets of Code of Conduct and Employer Value Proposition.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
• Think strategically and build effective teams with an aim to create a healthy organizational culture.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post-graduation: Any postgraduate.
Experience: 7-15 years of experience
