Job Purpose: To promote products and services of the Bank, with an aim to achieve given target, by direct and indirect sales/marketing. Identify and utilize opportunities to cross-sell other products of the Bank.
Managerial Responsibilities: 1.Assist SM/SSM/BDEs in chalking sales/marketing strategies.
• Ensuring recruitment, grooming , training retention and mentoring talents. 3. Monitor and guide SM/SSM/BDE Team and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity.
• REsponsible for driving revenue - Life Insurance Forex Income
• Responsible for Career Progression of Team member
• Responsible for employee development
• Responsible for Supervisory Review
• Responsible for Compliance governance
