Job Description
Job Purpose: To promote products and services of the Bank, with an aim to achieve given target, by direct and indirect sales/marketing. Identify and utilize opportunities to cross-sell other products of the Bank.
Managerial Responsibilities: 1.Assist SM/SSM/BDEs in chalking sales/marketing strategies.
2. Ensuring recruitment, grooming , training retention and mentoring talents. 3. Monitor and guide SM/SSM/BDE Team and ensure achievement of business objectives.
4. Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity.
5. REsponsible for driving revenue - Life Insurance & Forex Income
6. Responsible for Career Progression of Team member
7. Responsible for employee development
8. Responsible for Supervisory Review
