Role/Job Title:Area Head-Trade Business:Retail Banking Function/ Department:Retail Liabilities Place of work:Across Business locations Roles & Responsibilities: Build Trade and forex business for the mapped territory with the help of branches and ensure TFXtargets are met Effective monitoring of regulatory pendencies and getting overdue entries close to NIL Maintaining acquisition quality via sourcing of desired industry customers having sizable throuput threshold Ensure trade compliances, AML KYC and MTM monitoring in the book Continues engagement with key relationships of the geography across ETB and NTB portfolio Controlling customer level attrition across portfolio Effective team management Ensure minimum 75% of the volume is routed through MTP Secondary Responsibilities: Ensure capability building, Reward and recognition for the branches to ensure product recall Manage portfolio concentration risk by broad basing delivery both in terms of customer and branch activations Plan focused activities for acquisition Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: Create roadmap for branch TFX business with deeper understanding of business segments and needs thereof. Work with various stakeholders Trade CPU , Central team to ensure requisite support is in place. Jointly own LDV for the TCs along with BB TFXteam Key Success Metrics: 1.TFX revenue and acquisition budget 2. Regulatory compliance 3. Team Management 4. Controlling portfolio quality and AML
