Roles and Responsibilities
• For execution of arbitration award also appears in Court and co-ordinateswith Court officer (Bailiff) for execution order for entire state.
• Attending court cases on behalf of the company By and against the company for entire state.
• Filing police complaint / (3) against on NPA customer with help of local advocate.
• His sole responsibility for LOSS on sale collection through legal vendor/collection agency
• Compliance Adherence & Legal MIS ensuring legal collection activities carried out in line with the regulatory guidelines and within stipulated time limits. Ensuring maintenance of proper MIS and records for all cases wherein legal has been initiated (at different stages of delinquency and litigation). Publish timely report based on
• legal measures and recovery.
• Liaison with legal/ law enforcing authorities & Vendor Management Ensures timely and effective legal action and coordinates with panel advocates to resolve hard collections cases through legal tool.
• For the filing of S- NI/ PASA 7 cases in the local courts with the help empanelled law firms to improveour collection.
• Attending police stations as and when required for any call, enquiry, investigation, complaint or requisition, also focus on execution Sec +/ for repo and Manage repo related police disputes so that we will be able to sellvehicles within TAT.
• Organising Conciliation camps & Lok Adalat in local District Courts of State.
• Execution of BW/NBWorder of Court by help of Police for entire state.
• Resolve dealer dispute with help of sale team where RC not updated and case under delinquency
